need to match your order with our refund, so that we

If the product arrived in a damaged condition to

send you a replacement or refund your money based on

c) No reason, just like to return the product:
You do not need a reason to return our product, just
send us an e-mail and simply say you want to return
our product. You have 30 days to return our product.

Product Sent back to us with an authorization number:
If you send us an e-mail and receive our
authorization number and follow the return procedure
in our e-mail then we will do the following:

Refund the amount you have paid including the
shipping costs we charged you when you made the
purchase.

Refund the amount that you have paid to ship the
product back to us
3)
Whenever possible, we will ask you to send the
product back to us in a way that you will not have
to pay for shipping. We will pay for it at our end.
b)
Product Sent back to us without an authorization
number:
If you simply send us the product back without a
return authorization number, we will refund the
purchase price of the product less the shipping
costs charged to you for the purchase. You pay for
the shipping cost charged to you for shipping the
product and the shipping costs of returning the
product back to us in a condition that is resalable.
Only the product costs are refunded to you.
So,

a full refund; including all shipping costs.
