a) All returns need a return authorization number. We need to match your order with our refund, so that we promptly refund you the correct amount and through the correct credit card.

b) We simplify the process for you during the return of where and how to send the product back to us.

Here are some of the frequently asked questions of our return policy:

a)      Product Arrived Damaged: If the product arrived in a damaged condition to you, please send us an E-Mail and we will send you a replacement. Since, most of our products are insured we may ask you for some details or have you contact the carrier. In the meantime, we will ship you a replacement of the product and advise you how to return the product. We will not wait for the resolution of the problem with the carrier; we will simply send you a replacement and then work with the carrier on the insurance.

b)      Product is not damaged in shipment but does not work: Please send us an E-mail and we will immediately send you a replacement or refund your money based on your choice. 

c)      No reason, just like to return the product: You do not need a reason to return our product, just send us an e-mail and simply say you want to return our product. You have 30 days to return our product. No questions asked and we will refund your money.

Many companies will just refund your money less shipping costs. If you follow our simple procedure we will not only refund you the purchase price, the shipping costs that you have paid but also the cost of returning the product back to us.  Here is our policy on the amount we will refund to you.

How much do I get refunded?

a)       Product Sent back to us with an authorization number: If you send us an e-mail and receive our authorization number and follow the return procedure in our e-mail then we will do the following:

1)       Refund the amount you have paid including the shipping costs we charged you when you made the purchase.

2)       Refund the amount that you have paid to ship the product back to us

3)       Whenever possible, we will ask you to send the product back to us in a way that you will not have to pay for shipping.  We will pay for it at our end.

b)      Product Sent back to us without an authorization number: If you simply send us the product back without a return authorization number, we will refund the purchase price of the product less the shipping costs charged to you for the purchase. You pay for the shipping cost charged to you for shipping the product and the shipping costs of returning the product back to us in a condition that is resalable. Only the product costs are refunded to you.
